New blood in the Central Bank which has overwhelmed all of us , recent nationalist propostion by Trade Union to deal with endemic foreign oil companies and their relentless exploitation of the nation in cohut with hopelessly dum Nigerian counterparts who have been identified as being constantly "recyled " over the years by the the Trade Union.
