This report details the actions that need to be taken by the international community to stem the violence in Sudan and neighboring Chad. Through coordinated leadership the international community must engage in peacemaking, protection and punishment (the 3P's) in order to resolve the conflict. The report therefore offers an examination of the conflict at large, and perscriptions for action to abate the violence.
