On a recent trip, he met the new South African president, Jacob Zuma, and his Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Maite Nkoana-Mashabane.

Well done and said Congressman Payne. Countries like Ghana and Tanzania should be singled out for greening, particularly alternative energy technology for automobiles and electricity because they can't afford to pay the high petrol bills confronting them.

The Congressman would have been better advised to meet with the heads of the powerful clans in Somali, instead of meeting with the TRG, which is clearly a paper tiger, for it controls less than one percent of Somali territory.

Now, if the attack was meant as a payback to the Yanks for the successful release of an innnocent sailor, captured by renegade 'Somali' pirates, then the pirates are, indeed, "uneducated", as they are portrayed on US media.
