Maseru — Exterminators of Sergeant Monyatsi Senekane of the Royal Lesotho Mounted Police (RLMP) on the night of February 15, 1997, while another sergeant narrowly escaped death, are allegedly well known to the Commissioner of Police, Major General Bolutu Makoaba, and his comrades in the state security, while Prime Minister Ntsu Mokhehle, head of state security, is a headrest to the killers.

Highly placed security informants say the top state security clique on February 12, gave a go ahead to the "die or kill" operation which started on February 15 after which the official report was submitted to Maj. Gen.
