Africa: Disang and Gabonamong for trials

Gaborone — The gods of Mogoditshane Fighter's striker and national team player, Edwin "BK" Disang have once more smiled on him. The player who once went for trials in Belgium and France, has together with his team-mate, Mogogi Gabonamong been invited for trials with the Manchester United Football Academy starting from April 11-25.

According to a letter from the academy's director, Les Kershaw, the two will be assessed within that period. It is understood that the two's association with Manchester United's football academy had been made possibly by former technical consultant of the Under 17 squad, Ray Whelan. Their flights, accommodation and pocket money will be paid for by the academy. "It would be very helpful if during their visit they were able to play matches for our junior teams."
