ACCRA, Ghana (PANA) — The remains of Dr John Teboho Kolane, speaker of Lesotho National Assembly, will be flown home on Wednesday after an autopsy was performed at the Police hospital in Accra Tuesday.
Teboho died in Accra at the weekend. A deputy Clerk from the Lesotho Parliament, who accompanied the deceased to Ghana to attend the just ended Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Africa Region Conference, was present when the autopsy was performed.
Ghana's acting clerk of Parliament, Rex Owusu-Ansah, told the Ghana News Agency that a delegation headed by the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Kenneth Dzirasah, would accompany the remains to Maseru. Kolane, 73, was found dead in his room at the Golden Tulip hotel in Accra on Sunday morning.
