South Africa: Internationally Acclaimed Health Guru To Visit South Africa

Cape Town, South Africa (PANA) — Internationally acclaimed health guru, Dr Gabriel Cousens will arrive Friday in South Africa to hold a series of seminars on conscious eating and the secrets to health and longevity, enhanced mind power and personal success for one week.

Since 1975, Cousens has studied the relationship between nutrition and spirituality and has since established himself as one of the world's leading experts.

He clearly describes and maps the nutritional territory, from the wellsprings of the religious origins of conscious food choices, through the myths surrounding vegetarian nutrition, to the vantage points of food preparation.

As author of Conscious Eating, Spiritual Nutrition And The Rainbow Diet, The Tachyon Energy Book and Depression Free For Life, Cousens is recognised as being "a nutritional pioneer who sees the larger picture of food and health, and who cares enough to report back to us so we may make the wisest choices," American nutritionist Michael Klaper observes.

His primary objective while in South Africa is to impart how individuals can optimise the importance of good nutrition.

Other topics that Cousens will be addressing include: Zero point meditation to attain a superior quality of life, understanding bio-energetic fields and healing the addictive brain by releasing the unconscious resistance to change.
