Nigeria: Fuel Queues Persist At Fuel Stations in Lagos

FUEL queues persisted in Lagos yesterday as many filling stations awaited products delivery from depots just as the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) has given a 21 days ultimatum to the management of the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to reach agreement with it on outstanding issues between the two bodies or face a strike action.

Vanguard investigations at the two depots in Apapa showed that tankers were actually lifting products in Apapa to various filling stations in Lagos.
