Banjul, Gambia — Gambian President Yahya Jammeh and a
two-member Guinea Bissau delegation Thursday concluded two days of
reconciliation talks in Jammeh's home village of Kanelai.
The talks in Kanelai, 105km from Banjul, aimed at, among other
bilateral issues, encouraging and facilitating Jammeh's expected visit
to Bissau to deliver what authorities there dubbed "his message of
peace and reconciliation".
