Rwanda: Prosecutor Wants Arrested Investigator to Surrender Court Documents

Arusha — A prosecutor has asked Trial Chamber III judges of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) to order a defense investigator who was arrested last Saturday to immediately surrender all court documents in his possession.

Richard Karegyesa, a prosecution attorney in the so-called "Cyangugu Trial," made the appeal during today's proceedings.
