"May I offer Your Majesties my warmest congratulations on the birth of your first child. I have no doubt that the Princess will bring much happiness to you and to the Basotho nation.

Meanwhile, the young Princess Senate is likely to appear in public for the first time next week, when she will be baptised at the Catholic Cathedral in Maseru, sources at the Palace have said.
