South Africa: Mount Fletcher Hospital Smeared With Filth By Workers

Grahamstown — Cow dung and mud were smeared on the walls and floors of the Taylor Bequest Hospital in Mount Fletcher on Tuesday by cleaning staff belonging to the National Education Health and Allied Workers Union (Nehawu) following long-running disagreements with hospital management.

Matron Nokwanda Ntsawuzana said when staff arrived for work on Tuesday they found the hospital in a disgusting state.
