Accusations and counter accusation has continued to trail the Jukuns/Tiv crisis as the Governor of Taraba state Rev. Jolly Nyame has being accused by some prominent indigenes of Benue state as sponsors of the ethnic crisis that rocked Jukuns and Tiv villages recently.
The governor who spoke to newsmen in the Taraba state capital, Jalingo said that the recent utterances of former military governor of Benue state, Brigadier General John Atom Kpera, the former Deputy Governor Ason Bur and the former Minister of Steel, Chief Paul Unongo has led to renewed fighting between the Tivs and Jukuns in the state.
