South Africa: PAGAD Suspect Takes On FBI

Cape Town — PAGAD G-force member Ebrahim Jeneker and his counsel, advocate Joey Moses, were applying to the Cape High Court today for an order forcing the American Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and their South African counterparts to disclose whether they are electronically monitoring them.

"It's by now common knowledge that the United States has declared Pagad an international terrorist organisation," Jeneker said in papers before court.
