THE National Election Directorate has ruled out the possibility of rigging in this weekend's presidential poll, saying Zimbabwe's electoral system is impeccable and watertight to allow this.
"We believe the system is impeccable," the Registrar-General Mr Tobaiwa Mudede, told journalists at a news conference yesterday.
