Uganda: Masaka Nurses to Be Probed

The Speaker of parliament, Edward Ssekandi, has said he will investigate allegations that nurses in Bukoto East constituency, Masaka district had refused to attend to some patients due to political reasons.

This followed claims by the area Member of Parliament, Chrizestomu Nsambu, that many of his supporters had been denied treatment in health centres because they did not vote for a particular candidate.
