Southern Africa: EU, SADC Research to Grow

Johannesburg — Scientific co-operation between the European Union (EU) and the Southern African Development Community (SADC) has been so successful that its research network is likely to be extended to include African, Caribbean and Pacific Rim countries.

This was said by Arts and Culture Minister Ben Ngubane yesterday when he released a report titled Scientific Co-operation in the 90s.
