TOBACCO volumes to the country's three auction floors remained low yesterday despite the introduction of a support price incentive which is expected to improve farmer earnings.
At the start of the tobacco marketing season on Tuesday last week, the selling activity on the floors was disrupted, following protests by mainly small-scale tobacco growers regarding the low level of prices offered in Zimbabwe dollars.
