An uneasy calm returned to Nairobi's Dandora estate yesterday as enraged residents demanded the arrest of an Administration police officer suspected of murdering a matatu driver.
At a meeting of striking matatu crews, Embakasi MP David Mwenje gave the police a 24-hour ultimatum to arrest and arraign in court the officer implicated in the shooting "or we shall take the law into our own hands and make Dandora ungovernable."
