A suit where a Gilgil businessman had been sued over an alleged fraudulent marriage has been thrown out.
In the landmark ruling, Naivasha Senior Principal Magistrate Martin Muya said the section of the law under which Mr James Githinji Njenga had been charged was "discriminative and gender insensitive".
