POLICE authorities in Lagos yesterday arrested six more suspects in connection with last Sunday's armed robbery at the local wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja, in which four police officers were killed. Over N1.9 million was also carted away by the bandits.
The police had earlier on Monday arrested three suspects including the branch manager of Inland Bank Plc. Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Young Arebamen, who confirmed the arrests, however, lamented the inability of Nigerians to volunteer information to assist the police in their duties.
