Nigeria: Man Tasks Government On Interest Rate

PRESIDENT of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), Engr. Charles C. Ugwuh, has advised the Federal Government to review downwards, the current level of interest rates on loans and other bank facilities, "in the overall interest of the nation's economy."

Engr. Ugwuh made the passionate appeal in Owerri, Imo state capital, while flagging off the 2002 distributors conference organised by Hydro Resources Industries Limited.
