Nigeria: Islamic Cleric Slams Govt Over Detained Lawmaker

Lagos — The Islamic Democratic Progressive Party (IDPP) has slammed the federal government over the 2-week ultimatum it issued to the Saudi Arabian government over the detained member of the House of Representatives in the Islamic country.

The legislator was arrested over allegations of bribery and importation of counterfeit currency into Saudi Arabia.
