Monrovia — For more than a decade since the beginning of the civil strife, the people of Yarsonnoh and Zuoplay, in the north of Nimba County, have been struggling to rebuild their lives. They have had it difficult to resettle following the war that destroyed their towns and left their hopes scattered.

Though the war appears far from being over, but for them, it's a matter of history. War, they said, are no longer part of them. Interestingly, the people of Yarsonnoh and Zuoplay are not only rebuilding their lives, but they are also preparing the future of their children through education. To ensure that their objectives are achieved, they have undertaken development projects such as the construction of a modern school building.
