Monrovia — Christians in the country have been urged not to be part of any political party in order to serve God faithfully.
The pastor of the Christian Mission Assembly in Sinkor, Rev. Alphonso Deam, asserted that he church is a place for solution and as such no Christian should be part of any political process that would hinder their services to God.
He spoke on the theme "What to do with prophetic utterances" at the church's edifice.
Pastor Deam said it was time for the church to be focused because, " God is ready to do great things in Liberia." Continuing, he said "God has more blessings for us but we are only going to receive this blessing if we remain where God wants us to be."
The pastor cautioned Christians to believe and have faith, adding if we don't have faith, we will not believe that our problems can be solved. He added that faith and obedience walk together.
Pastor Deam warned of the false prophets in the town that operate under demonic forces, but do so under the pretext that they are prophets of the Most High God.
The clergyman spelled out that there are three types of prophecies which he named as conditional prophecy, walk with the prophecy and operate by faith prophecy.
Pastor Deam explained that there are ministers of the Gospel who do not want to sow good seeds for Jesus Christ which, he said, accounts for corruption and stealing in the midst of the church.
