Nairobi — Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) has filed an application seeking to be struck off a Sh256 million suit filed by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) over missing workers' contributions.
Through lawyer Ochieng' Oduol, the bank wants to be struck off the suit which NSSF filed late last year against it, Shah Munge and Partners Stock brokerage firm and a former director, Ben Mtuweta.
