Kampala — LT. Col. Nasur Abdallah, a former central province governor in Idi Amin's regime, is among the over 370 Muslims who will perform this year's pilgrimage (Hijja) to Mecca and Medina.
Yunusu Abbey reports that Nasur, 56, who was released from Luzira Prisons on September 11, 2001 on President Yoweri Museveni's directive, is going for the Hijja for the first time.
