Nigeria: Federal Road Safety Urges Nigerians to Embrace Use of Seat Belts

Calabar — Worried by the spate of accidents in the country, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has called on public spirited individuals and organisations to join the current crusade on enforcing the application of road safety measures, especially the seat belt usage.

Speaking at a seminar on the enforcement of seat belts by motorists organised by the Rotary Club International, the Zonal Commander of the FRSC in Calabar, Mr. Eloka Anyaoku, said the call became necessary to stem the tide of road accidents in the country.
