EVEN THOUGH Ghanaians still pay less for fuel, in spite of the recent almost hundred per cent increase, not very many people have been happy with the increases.
Perhaps, this is because we have been used to a certain way of doing things. We have, for example, grown used to the idea that clinics and hospitals or roads and markets must necessarily be built by government, even where chiefs and their agents sell land and pocket the money which they often use to marry for themselves more wives and buy mobile phones.
