Nigeria: Oyo Govt Media Shun PDP Guber Candidate

Ibadan — Management of the Oyo State government-owned radio and television station, the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS) on Tuesday shunned the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate for the state, Senator Rasheed Ladoja, who had gone to its corporate office on a courtesy call.

THISDAY checks revealed that Ladoja, who had written an official letter intimating the management of the date and nature of the visit, was reportedly shocked to find that principal managers and editors of the station had abandoned their offices and fled to avoid contact with the visiting Ladoja.
