Kampala — Over 3,000 square metre of papyrus sudds which had blocked River Nile at Pakwach bridge has been cleared, leaving an open section under the bridge, reports Ayiga Ondoga.
A team of engineers from Uganda and Egypt cleared the sudds but a large mass of the sudds remain uncleared on either side of the bridge.
