Nigeria: ASUU Strike: Naptan Sues for Peaceful Resolution

Lagos — The National Parent Teacher Association of Nigeria (NAPTAN), at its 43rd National Executive Council (NEC) meeting urged both the Federal Government and Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) to clearly define their terms of agreement.

Addressing pressmen yesterday, the national president of NAPTAN, Alhaji Babs Alade Animashaun, said the body was of the view that both the Federal Government and the ASUU should come together and clearly define and accept the negotiation machinery put in place as well as the principles of such negotiation.
