Uganda: Rakai Official Buys Dogs to Keep Off Job Hunters

Kampala — IF you want to keep off job seekers, buy dogs and erect a high fence. At least that is what the chairman Rakai district service commission, Vincent Mayiga did, reports Eddie Ssejjoba.

Since he was appointed to the post, Mayiga was tired of economic visitors who frequented his home with bribes to offer them jobs.
