Maseru — Lesotho will need an extra M70.0 million or more in the next financial year to boost its industrial capacity in order to meet the requirements of AGOA II and beyond.
"This is a nightmare for the government," says minister of Trade and Industry Mpho Malie, who emphasises that the money has to be raised in order for the country to keep the production standards and meet the market requirements.
