Johannesburg — THREE major public sector unions were warned yesterday to get their affairs in order or face deregistration together with about 200 employer and worker bodies.
The warning came from Labour Minister Membathisi Mdladlana after the labour department found that they had flouted provisions of the Labour Relations Act, which require them to submit their annual financial statements.
