Liberia: Juvenile Justice Marked By Emotions, Justice Minister Observes

Monrovia — Liberia's Chief Prosecutor, Justice Minister L. Koboi Johnson says the administration of justice in the country is marked by emotions.

Although Minister Johnson did not state specific instance that has been characterized with emotions in the administration of Juvenile Justice, he pointed out that if Liberia must witness a better future, these emotions must be settled.
