Johannesburg — DESPITE looking as if it will fall R5bn short on privatisation proceeds this financial year, the treasury stands by its target of raising R12bn by the end of March.
Yesterday's announcement of Telkom's listing shows government can expect a maximum of R6bn in proceeds from the listing of part of its holding of the state-owned telecommunications utility.
