Bisho — Members of the provincial legislature (MPLs) could have their allowances and perks cut following another lean budget allocation for the running of the Bisho legislature.
Presenting the legislature's policy speech this week (subs: Tues) Legislature speaker Mkangeli Matomela lamented that his "much lower" R75m allocation -- R8m less than last year's R83m -- had turned the legislature's stragegic plans into a "farce".
