Nigeria: Apga Heads for Court

Enugu — Following widespread allegation of rigging in elections so far conducted, the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) national chairman, Chief Chekwas Okorie, has vowed to challenge the results in Court.

Okorie who spoke in Enugu said he would not sit by and watch the hard fought democracy rubbished by "monumental fraud" allegedly perpetrated by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in concert with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
