Portugal Friday in Paris expressed its support to an UNESCO special global assistance program to a post-war Angola, particularly in the field of reconstruction.
This was announced by the State Secretary for Education, Mariana Cascais, who intervened in the 32nd General Conference of the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organisation.
During her intervention, Mariana Cascais defended a practical implementation of pragmatic and efficient actions and a reinforcement of the intellectual and ethical role amidst that international organisation.
