Namibia: Home Affairs Passport Scam Blamed On 'Negligence'

Windhoek — AN official in the Home Affairs Ministry, accused of selling Namibian passports to four foreign nationals, was found guilty of "negligence" in an internal hearing conducted by the Ministry.

The four foreign nationals who confessed to buying the Namibian documents from the official have, however, been convicted in a court.
