Nigeria: Cultivate Culture of Dialogue - ICFTU Tells Obasanjo

The International Conference of Free Trade Unions (ICFTU) an African Regional Organistion, has said the government of President Olusegun Obasanjo lacks the spirit of consultation, especially on matters of public concerns.

In a letter addressed to the NLC President Comrade Adams Osiomhole in support of last week's face off between workers and government over fuel price hike, and signed by Comrade Andrew Kailembo, the General Secretary of the organisation also said the Obasanjo government has become completely insensitive to the plight of workers.
