Nigeria: Alleviating Poverty Through Tourism

The poverty level is widening daily all over the world. Nigeria is not an exception even though the present administration has been having a Herculean task in reducing it in spite of its obvious ineffective approach in tackling it.

In several fora organised in Nigeria and elsewhere, particularly by the United Nations and its agencies, poverty alleviation remains a daunting task. Its reduction and eventual elimination is the ultimate goal.
