Nigeria: Ports, Ships Fail to Meet Deadline for Terror Protection Plans

As the expected commencement date for International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) code draws nearer, operators in the industry have expressed fears that Nigeria may not meet the May 1, deadline.
