Nigeria: Okogie Tackles Miracle Working Pastors

Abeokuta — THE Archbishop of Lagos Catholic Diocese, Cardinal Anthony Olubunmi Okogie has descended on "miracle working" pastors, describing them as a bunch of liars and fake clerics who feigned healing for filthy lucres they stand to gain.

Condemning the spate of miracles cum spiritual healings in some churches in the country in the Ogun State Television (OGTV) current Affairs Programme, "Hot Seat," Okogie described its as a deception of the highest order being perpetuated by deceitful clerics.
