Kampala — REVEREND Fr. Guido Oliana, the head of the Comboni Missionaries in Uganda, has advised security agencies to follow the law if they want to deport Fr. Carlos Roderiguez.
Speaking in his Mbuya office recently, Oliani said the Government should seek an end to the war.
Fr. Carlos, a Comboni priest and official of the Acholi Religious Leaders' Peace Initiative, is being accused of being a rebel collaborator and of spreading false news.
