Angola: MP Mfulumpinga Lando Victor Shot Dead

Luanda — Mfulumpinga Lando, leader of opposition PDP-ANA was shot dead in Luanda by unidentified men

The leader of the opposition Angolan Democratic Party for Progress and National Alliance (PDP-ANA), Mfulumpinga Lando Víctor, was on Friday night shot dead in Luanda by a group of unidentified men near his party's headquarters at Cassenda suburb.

According to eye witnesses, Mfulupinga Victor, who is also a National Assembly (parliament) member, was held up by three men, one of them holding an AKM automatic rifle, when he was moving to his car.

He was rushed to a nearby clinic where he received first aid care, but ended up dying.
