Africa: Congo: WHO Debates Reproductive Health, Family Planning in Africa

Luanda — The participants at the 54th session of the World Health Organisation (WHO), taking place in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, will outline today strategies for the restoring of family planning and reproductive health services, for the next 10 years on the continent.

The strategies are included in the five points of the report of the sub-committee of the organisation's programme, aiming at guaranteeing a global analysis towards the improvement of the maternal-infantile health in the context of the millennium goals and health for all policy.
