Kampala — Celtel Uganda has upgraded its network in Kakira, as part of its on-going network roll-out plan in the east to improve its coverage.
"The company has made a huge investment in the new state of the art technology from Ericsson which is being rolled-out.
This will bring the finest network to our customers in Uganda," Lars Andersen, the company's managing director, said in a statement recently.
