Monrovia — The 14 years of intermittent civil wars have come and gone, but the
attributes continue to receive backlashes as Mr. Robert Miller of the Center
for Peace Education and Democracy (COPE), has pointed fingers at individuals
occupying political offices.
Mr. Miller, Executive Director of COPE, blamed people he described as
"corn artists, crooks and greedy men" in high places of public trust for
perpetuating the long-standing gun violence that devastated the
country.
